Responsible for the overall agent experience of an assigned office(s)
Ensure the office is always organized and prepared for business
Work closely with staff to maintain continuous communication and understanding of all issues or concerns involving agents in the office
Staff to include: Office Administrator, Listing Coordinator, IT, and Marketing
Work closely with Marketing Coordinator to ensure all marketing tools are available and accessible to the agents
