Office Tasks

  • Responsible for the overall agent experience of an assigned office(s)
  • Ensure the office is always organized and prepared for business
  • Work closely with staff to maintain continuous communication and understanding of all issues or concerns involving agents in the office
    • Staff to include: Office Administrator, Listing Coordinator, IT, and Marketing
  • Work closely with Marketing Coordinator to ensure all marketing tools are available and accessible to the agents
  • Serve as the main point of contact for associates in dedicated region (in addition to Managing Broker)
  • Responsible for the full onboarding and training of new associates & existing associates
